API bottom Loading system

The field units of the API bottom loading system can be designed as a loading skid structure.The API Bottom Loading Skid is a closed-loop fluid handling system specifically designed for hazardous chemicals, refined oils (gasoline, diesel etc.).

TOP and bottom loading system

The top and bottom loading system is an integrated system designed for sites equipped with both top and bottom loading capabilities. The on-site loading bays can be configured as skid-mounted units，This skid-mounted system combines top and bottom loading into a single unit.

Batch Controller

The batch controller is a wall-mounted or cabinet-type structure with an industrial-grade intelligent controller PLC.

Loading & Metering Skid Solution

A loading skid is a device that integrates the equipment modules of a quantitative filling system. A loading skid (also called a skid-mounted system) integrates the loading control instrument, flow meter, valves, piping, and loading arm onto a sturdy steel structure base, creating a complete modular unit. It's like a mobile workstation, containing all the necessary process pipelines and control systems. After connecting it to the process lines on-site and connecting the power and communication interfaces, it's ready to use, making it very convenient.

Solution of Vapor Recovery Unit system（VRU）

Vapor Recovery Unit system (VRU), utilizing ADSORPTION, ABSORPTION, CONDENSATION, MEMBRANE SEPARATION and their combinations method, can significantly reduce the hydrocarbon content in VOCs, achieving 99% treatment efficiency. VRU meets various stringent emission requirements, allowing for direct release into the atmosphere without further treatment. Furthermore, the liquid substances recovered through condensation can generate substantial economic benefits, covering investment costs in a short period.
